Product Guarantee (Warranty)

Every Tachikara® product is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials when used under normal conditions and provided proper care is given to the product for a warranty period up to two (2) years from the date of purchase. 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.tachikara.com, you may return your order to our distribution center within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned for exchange must be in the same (unused) condition as when you received and its original packaging. To proceed, please complete the following steps to ensure a satisfactory process, or call us toll-free at 1-800-729-8224 for further assistance. A Tachikara Customer Service may contact you via phone to complete your exchange or refund.

1)     Fill out the information below to create your RMA.  Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Click "CONTINUE”.

2)     Enter individual product information.  IMPORTANT – In Reason for Return type EXCHANGE or REFUND followed by your www.tachikara.com order number (this is a 6-digit code    starting with a “C” included with your order confirmation email)

3)     Review your RMA.  Email & Phone information must be correct as we will contact you to complete your exchange or refund over the phone.  Click “SUBMIT”.

4)     Click the “PRINT RETURN” button at the bottom of the page to print a copy of your RMA paperwork.  Include the RMA in your return package along with the product(s) being returned.

5)     Click the “PRINT RETURN LABEL” button at the bottom of the page to print your return label. Tape this to the top of your return package as it contains our processing center’s receiving address.

6)     UPS Labels: If you chose to print a UPS return label, tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX - you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center.

7)     U.S. Postal Service Labels: If you chose to print a US (Postal Service) return label, you can either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.

DEFECTIVE RETURN: If you believe you have a defective product that falls within our warranty and would like to submit it to Tachikara for inspection, repair and/or replacement, please complete the following steps to ensure a satisfactory process. To proceed, click CONTINUE to enter product information to support your claim, or call us toll-free at 1-800-729-8224 for further assistance. Please allow 4-6 weeks for inspection and processing of your return.

2)     Enter individual product information: Product Type; Product SKU; Product Color; Product Code (if 2 digits, use the singles digit) along with your Reason for Return.

3)     Review your RMA.  Phone and Email information must be correct so we may contact you about your RMA.  Click “SUBMIT”.

4)     Click the “PRINT RETURN” button at the bottom of the page to print a copy of your RMA paperwork.  Include the RMA in your return package along with the product being returned.

5)     Click the “PRINT RETURN LABEL” button at the bottom of the page to print your return label. Tape this to the top of your return package as it contains our processing center’s receiving address.
