Every Tachikara® product is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials when used under normal conditions, and provided proper care is given to the product, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
Online Return Tracking
EXCHANGE or REFUND: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at www.tachikara.com, you may return your order to our distribution facility within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned for exchange, or refund, must be in its original packaging and in the new (unused) condition as originally shipped and received. Please complete the following steps to ensure a satisfactory process. If you have questions or concerns, please call us toll-free at 1-800-729-8224 for further assistance.
- Fill out the information below to create your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Click CONTINUE.
- Enter individual product information. IMPORTANT: in Reason for Return type EXCHANGE or REFUND and include your original www.tachikara.com order number (a 6-digit code starting with a C included with your order confirmation email).
- Review your information entered for accuracy. Email and phone information is required as a Tachikara Customer Service Representative will contact you to complete your exchange or refund. Click SUBMIT.
- Click the PRINT RETURN button at the bottom of the page to print a copy of your RMA paperwork. Include the RMA in your return package along with the product(s) being returned.
- Click the PRINT RETURN LABEL button at the bottom of the page to confirm the shipping address to our distribution facility. Use information on this paperwork to prepare a shipping label with the carrier of your choice. Also, retain your carrier's receipt to directly track your shipment online with them. Associated costs for return shipment are the Customer's responsibility.
DEFECTIVE RETURN: If you believe you have a defective product within our warranty period, and would like to submit it to Tachikara for inspection, please complete the following steps to ensure a satisfactory process by providing the product information below to support your claim. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for inspection and processing of your merchandise returned.
- Complete this FORM to file your claim. Information in fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Enter individual product information: Product Type, Product SKU, Product Color, Product Code (if two digits, enter single digit), and Reason for Return.
- Review your information entered for accuracy. Email and phone information is required in case a Tachikara Customer Service Representative needs to contact you for further information. Click SUBMIT.
